Who can use this ESR?

We welcome supervisor and supervisee users. Supervisors include mental health professionals and Financial Therapy supervisors. Supervisees can be anyone receiving supervision who want a place to keep documents and hours organized.

How much does this ESR cost to use?

Subscriptions for supervisors are available on a monthly ($20/mo) or yearly ($220/yr) basis.

Does this ESR have a calendar?

Yes, you can schedule appointments with your supervisees directly in the calendar, which then makes notes and billing a breeze.

Does this calendar sync with my other calendars?

Similar to other professional services, the calendar link can be emailed to your other calendars for easy input into other calendars like Outlook and Google.

How does invoicing work?

You can invoice from an appointment in the ESR system. Payment is integrated via Stripe and after an invoice is created by the supervisor for that meeting, a supervisee is automatically charged with a card on file after a supervision session takes place.

What is the document uploading feature?

Keeping CEs, contracts, and hours logs in one place is important to us. Documents and images are easily uploaded and are shareable between supervisor and supervisee if desired.
